Dipper Valve research and manufacturing base located at high-tech industrial area of Zigong City,covers an area around twenty one thousand square meter,with nearly 6000 square meter building area,3000 tons production capability. The use of CNC machining center,vertical lathe,horizontal lathe,ball machining lathe,milling lathe,boring lathe have made a breakthrough in the manufacturing dimension limitation. New manufacturing base had not only purchased advanced manufacturing equipment but also have CAD valve designing and developing center,use advanced developing design method such as three dimensional design and will step by step develop to CAD/CAM integration. The added inspection and testing equipment for chemical and physical laboratory and valve testing center,had improved the product quality inspection capability.
